FBReader e-book reader supporting several formats, with the whole of Project Gutenberg at your fingertips
AK Notepad no-nonsense notetaking
ConnectBot the ssh client I use to access my hcoop.net account
RingDroid must-have if you want to make your own ringtones
OI Countdown a programmable timer (used most often for timing wort boils and hop additions)
d20tools pseudo-random polyhedral number sets. Not as good as Mach Dice, but I don't own an iPhone
Barcode Scanner even does QR codes!
