1. Setup
- Grab clean bottles
- Prepare sanitizer buckets
- One bucket for general sanitization
- Second bucket just for bottles, to prevent bottlenecks
- Move beer to counter
- Setup bottle drying rack (remember to put a towel under it)
- Grab bottling table
2. Science
- Check final gravity
3. Prepare
- Boil 2 cups distilled water and priming sugar
- Begin sanitizing bottles
- 3-5 minutes per set
- Sanitize bottling bucket with starsan
- Attach bottling wand and run sanitizer into the hose
- Sanitize racking cane and hose
4. Bottle
- Drain sanitizer from bottling bucket (leave hose filled with sanitizer)
- Cool priming sugar solution (keep lid on!)
- Pour priming sugar solution into bottling bucket
- Rack beer onto priming sugar solution
- Flush hose into first bottle, discard
- Bottling, Bottling, Bottling
- Capping, Capping, Capping
5. Clean Up
- Clear bottling table and put back into living room
- Dump trub from fermenter in the back yard somewhere
- Rinse fermenter and fill with percarbonate solution
- Clean bottling bucket
- Flush water through spigot
- Clean things
- Bottling wand
- Hoses (hang to dry)
- Racking cane
- Dump sanitizer
