Handwhistling
Did you ever make a soda bottle sing by blowing across its top like a flute? Well, that's the basic principle behind handwhistling, except you can control the pitch by adjusting your hands to increase/decrease the size of the chamber. And when you practice enough, you have yourself a proper instrument
