As mentioned, you may edit how you will. Here are a few things to help you if you're interested in preserving a certain level of consistency.
The top header of a page, if one is used, seems aesthetically best at #2 (== Header ==). The line is separate from the logo image, but the text is proportionately sized. If you want to start with a smaller header (cf. Games), putting a <<BR>> at the page's head is recommended.
