What is the IDEAL arrangement? Should the person who gets the master suite pay slightly more rent (if so, how much)? Should we FIGHT TO THE DEATH for rooms, draw straws, ...

ClintonEbadi formally requests at least not the smallest room since he has to work from home and would probably be sharing his work and living area. If he were to receive the master suite he would be willing to pay +$50/month.

It seems, however, sensible for KristenPeavler and ClintonEbadi to share a wall.

A discussion must be had if the house is acquired.

BtTempleton would like to know the room sizes. Ey also thinks it might be nice to have an office area within the living room, but perhaps not depending on different work schedules &c.
