=== Room Allocation ===

 * Master suite
 * Medium Sized Room
 * Small Room

What is the IDEAL arrangement? Should the person who gets the master suite pay slightly more rent (if so, how much)? Should we FIGHT TO THE DEATH for rooms, draw straws, ...

ClintonEbadi formally requests at least not the smallest room since he has to work from home and would probably be sharing his work and living area. If he were to receive the master suite he would be willing to pay +$50/month.

It seems, however, sensible for KristenPeavler and ClintonEbadi to share a wall.

A discussion must be had if the house is acquired.

The house must have three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. It should probably be more than 1100 sq ft. Keeping cats and rats as pets must be permitted.

Maximum base cost per month: $400 for KristenPeavler, $600 for ClintonEbadi, $600 for BtTempleton.

Move-in date is around September 1.
