1. Setup

• Grab clean bottles
• Prepare sanitizer buckets
  • One bucket for general sanitization
  • Second bucket just for bottles, to prevent bottlenecks
• Move beer to counter
• Setup bottle drying rack (remember to put a towel under it)
• Grab bottling table

2. Science

• Calculate sugar needed

• Check final gravity

3. Prepare

• Boil 2 cups distilled water and priming sugar
• Begin sanitizing bottles
  • 3-5 minutes per set
• Sanitize bottling bucket with starsan
  • Attach bottling wand and run sanitizer into the hose
• Sanitize racking cane and hose

4. Bottle

• Drain sanitizer from bottling bucket (leave hose filled with sanitizer)
• Cool priming sugar solution (keep lid on!)
• Pour priming sugar solution into bottling bucket
• Rack beer onto priming sugar solution
• Flush hose into first bottle, discard
• Bottling, Bottling, Bottling
• Capping, Capping, Capping

5. Clean Up

• Clear bottling table and put back into living room
• Dump trub from fermenter in the back yard somewhere
• Rinse fermenter and fill with percarbonate solution
• Clean bottling bucket
  • Flush water through spigot
• Clean things
  • Bottling wand
  • Hoses (hang to dry)
  • Racking cane
• Dump sanitizer
