Perseids on the beach!
The idea for this would be to rent a beach house with modern amenities for a couple nights surrounding the peak of the Perseids.
- Pro #1: Ted is ok with this.
- Con #1: Currently unknown location--need to do research.
Or a mountain house!
Pro #1: SteveKillen knows the Burnsville area pretty well, can be a good local-attractions guide.
- Con #1: We'd probably need to reserve a few months in advance.
The peak of the Perseids is August 12th-13th, Sunday night into Monday morning. So it'd be a good 3- or 4-day weekend opportunity if you were into that.
