Perseids 2010 Itinerary

  • 6 or 7 Aug: Head out to Spruce Pine, dinner with Lori & Pete.

  • 7 or 8 Aug: drive cars to Big Bald parking, drop one car off, drive remaining car to trailhead. Camp at shelter.

  • 9 Aug: hike. Camp at next shelter.

  • 10 Aug: hike. Camp at next shelter.

  • 11 Aug: hike to Big Bald. Camp on bald?

  • 12 Aug: camp on Big Bald. Die of ecstasy.

  • 13 Aug: camp? Could go home today.

  • 14 Aug: Must break camp today. Drive back to fetch car. Homeward bound!
