6 or 7 Aug: Head out to Spruce Pine, dinner with Lori & Pete.
7 or 8 Aug: drive cars to Big Bald parking, drop one car off, drive remaining car to trailhead. Camp at shelter.
9 Aug: hike. Camp at next shelter.
10 Aug: hike. Camp at next shelter.
11 Aug: hike to Big Bald. Camp on bald?
12 Aug: camp on Big Bald. Die of ecstasy.
13 Aug: camp? Could go home today.
14 Aug: Must break camp today. Homeward bound!
