The border lines are ugly; they should go away, and borders should be intuitively shown on the map--specific access points to the mountainous regions, and the few river crossings. |

- Seems like the mountainous territories are still too easy. Maybe a d8 for their defense? (And then d10s for citadels?)
Graphics:
- The lack of visually-defined continents is problematic. (But only for non-Hordes! games.)

- The border lines are ugly; they should go away, and borders should be intuitively shown on the map--specific access points to the mountainous regions, and the few river crossings.
Ideas for the future:
- use various races as the player names (Men [possibly divided by nation: Gondor, Rohan, Rangers, ...], Orcs, Uruk-Hai, Elves, Dwarves, Hobbits?).
Mod suggestions:
- Hordes! (1 bonus army for each country surrounded only by your own units)
- Team play, from massively multiplayer (e.g., 8 2-person teams) down to two-person regional starts.
