Recipe Notes
Conversion of Ballard's Wassail Special Strong Ale from /Beer Captured/. Intended recipe OG = 1.062, FG = 1.015.
Grain converted from 11lbs British 2-row (@ 151⁰F) to LME using a factor of 0.75 (= 8.25). British black patent malt is one ounce.
At the suggestion of GhostOfTiber on Kuro5hin the gravity was increased by ten points. Hops may need enhancement; previous IBU/Gravity = 0.58, now 0.5
